Stirsby

Stirring up kitchens since 01

Caring for your Seizer. A Seizer receives its best care from steady use. Never put a Seizer in the dishwasher. Hand wash with soap and water, using a plastic scrubber or green 3M pad.  Sometimes, after the first few washings, the Seizer will feel a bit rough. This is the wood grain rising, and is normal. The surface will regain its smoothness after a few scrubbings. If your Seizer begins to appear dry, renew its luster by rubbing in some mineral oil or get the original oil I put on each Seizer: Mahoney Utility Finish Oil A food-safe walnut oil. Through use, your Seizer will gain character. As, over time, so do we. Enjoy!
